Who is Lawrence?
Lawrence Ng is a father, counselor, and advocate with a deeply personal story of perseverance and growth. His journey began in Singapore’s Chinatown, where he grew up in a humble family that instilled in him resilience and a strong work ethic. Over the years, Lawrence has navigated diverse challenges, from climbing the corporate ladder to raising a son with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Today, he dedicates his life to helping others through his work in counseling and advocacy for special needs families.

With a foundation in engineering and a career pivot to HR, Lawrence’s professional path evolved alongside his personal experiences. His academic pursuits in Psychology allowed him to blend his corporate expertise with a deeper understanding of human behavior and family dynamics.
When Lawrence’s son, Kai, was diagnosed with Autism, it became the defining moment of his life. The challenges of raising a special needs child reshaped his priorities, pushing him to embrace advocacy and positive parenting. His experiences taught him the value of patience, love, and resilience.
Today, Lawrence works tirelessly to raise awareness about Autism and provide support to families facing similar challenges.
